The pig caretakers talked to each other about that different disgusting pig. They said that the order was to treat that "pig" like other pigs, but it wasn't the same; it liked being a pig, had more extended hands and feet, and got a hard cock every time it was humiliated, beaten, or raped.
Many times these conversations were said close to the Pig so that it could hear the most violent and brutal propositions: "we should cut off that faggot's dick and balls!"; "they should cut off that disgusting pig's hands and feet!" and whenever it heard this kind of conversation it would get excited and nod his head in agreement with the proposals.
Since arriving at the pig farm, Pig has been forbidden to speak and effectively stopped talking; over time, it learned to grunt like a pig; when it spoke any word, even a simple "yes," it received many slaps and violent punches in the face. But when the handlers spoke of castrations and cruel amputations, it spoke for all to hear: "That's what I want!" "Please, I beg you, turn me into a real pig!" and then receive the expected violent punishment.
One day, after being whipped, Pig's dick was so hard and sticky with cum that the caretaker got pissed and said, "I'm going to cut that dick off! A disgusting fagot deserves not to have a dick!"
The castration of pigs was an everyday activity at the breeding farm; several employees practiced it without great difficulties or care. The Pig was conscious and watched his castration, excited and crying more from emotion than fear or pain. The fag neither asked for mercy nor tried to avoid it; he accepted it as a natural and inevitable part of his degradation.
The next day, the veterinarians agreed to take another step, amputating his legs to the knees and his arms to the elbows. In that same surgery, they cut his vocal cords and enlarged his throat so he could no longer speak.
In this way, Pig became much more like the other pigs in the pigpen.

I imagine what the surgery would be like, with the destruction of the vocal cords and the introduction of large tubes inside the throat forcing its widening, injuring the sides and making eating and digestion difficult. I don't think it's a topic of interest for drawing.
