Owners of neighboring farms, travelers, and guests were invited to watch with sadism and disdain the brutal beatings,
The other slaves on the farm watched the scenes to witness the brutality of the bodies being whipped and the callous cruelty of their owners.
What the reports don't tell us is who among the audience was hard-on and excited by the sweaty, beaten bodies writhing and moaning.
