My dear friends, visitors, and followers, thank you very much for following my blog! I am facing a creative crisis.

My dear friends, visitors, and followers, thank you for following my blog!

I am facing a creative crisis.

I reached over 300 followers on my blog and will soon reach 20 thousand followers on X.

Last year, the blog had more than 655 thousand hits, an average of almost 1,800 daily. I had over eleven million visits in one year on X, and I can't complain. But so few people comment or give any support, comment, or feedback that I feel frustrated and discouraged. Another problem is that when they comment, it is to make criticisms that I don't agree with or suggestions that I don't like.

I keep drawing; I've started many, but scanning and processing them is laborious and time-consuming.

I am also at a busy stage in my professional life. I have a lot of work to do to read, evaluate, and give my opinion. I have a lot of meetings, classes to prepare, and students to guide.

I will continue producing, drawing, writing, and posting at longer intervals.

Right now, it takes more time and energy.

  1. Dear Pote. As a daily visitor and lover of your work I noticed your long interval .
I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy about the feedback that you receive. The huge number of visitors must indicate the appreciation of your work by so many even without expressing it. I hope you keep up your great art. Thank you so much for what you created so far.

    1. My friend, thank you for your kind comment; I will continue to draw and post my stories. I have received many supportive comments that prove that, for some people, my posts have special meanings and that they have helped some to know themselves better and to understand their deepest and most hidden desires. They renew my will to continue producing.

  2. Dear Pote.
I love your blog and I check every day to see if there's something new. I have to admit, I don't often comment. Perhaps your followers identify with your characters and do not feel worthy to pass comment, we're worthless, base and fit only for pain and punishment.
Please, please, please don't give up. We love you and love your work. There's nothing else quite like it.
    Best wishes,
    DocSub

  3. Hi Pote,
I would like to stress how much I like your work, it is magnificent art.
I hope life treats you well, and you will find the spirit again to draw when the time is ripe.

  4. One possible explanation: it's an interesting, strange, alien and dark world. It's safer to stay in the dark and still participate. The moment you speak, you may feel exposed, because the areas you'd rather keep separate inevitably merge. Just like you'd rather prefer to keep your vivid and startling nightmares to yourself. So not answering may be less a matter of ingratitude than of feeling uncomfortable about it. Or simply cowardice, as in my case.

    1. Martin, I understand your message and agree that this may explain the low number of comments. However, during this pause in production, I received many supportive comments that prove that, for some people, my posts have special meanings and renew my desire to continue producing.

    3. Did I misunderstand your comment? Was it more of a criticism than an encouragement?

  5. Hi Pote, your art is great. The subject matter being taboo is probably why most people don't comment. Ignore the negative comments because your follower and view count shows your art is appreciated. Keep it up!

  7. Dear Pote, Hopefully you are learning something of how much your followers on and here appreciate your imagination and its articulation in pictures ... can appreciate that other parts of your life apply pressures on time and effort and hope that, when you are able to, you'll continue to exercise both that wonderful imagination and your evident artistic skills, itsaslave

  11. Don't give much about followers here: i think that hits are more important: there aren't many who really want to use their google-account here (and having multiple is often a pain in the ass). I follow this blog regularly and love your work. Please understand that i personally can't follow it and post anonymously here as we are far more open nowadays, but still living in a pretty narrow minded society (even sometimes your own family, even through they love you, but being open isn't easy at all, especially when they rather be dead than having a bi or gay son). And sadly there are many around who are extremely homophobic, depraving from their own insecurity that they might themself be gay. So don't be discouraged, be proud that you can espress yourself and your desires as many others can't and are an inspiration to others.

  12. Volte com o tema zoo, já fui feito de cadela e admiro como você passa bem a vibe de como é importante se submeter aos animais quando o mestre ordena

  13. Hi there—I browse your site almost every day, frequently returning to my favorite stories (my favorites are the ones that involve penectomy, amputations, and other extreme body modifications) and sending them to friends who share my strange fetishes.

The world you depict is exactly what I see in my darkest fantasies, and I love being able to slip into that nightmare realm for just a few moments each morning, cock in hand, before returning to the more banal tortures that await all of us in the real world.

Thank you for providing this wicked escape for all of us! I don't use Twitter much anymore, and I'm not usually the sort of person to comment on a blog, but I saw that you were getting discouraged and wanted to let you know how much your art means to me and beg you to keep posting, for all of us who love your work.
