The task requires art and malice! In coal mines, one of the most difficult tasks was to be the coachman of beasts of burden. The challenge is to find out how to make these stupid and lazy animals work more efficiently, transporting the heaviest possible load of coal, delivering the largest possible load in the shortest possible time, yielding the highest possible profit. These are lazy and disguised beasts, moaning and pretending not to endure the load, trying to work as little as possible. The coachman has to know where to beat, how to beat, to make the beasts work as efficiently as possible. Know with what strength and frequency to punish these animals requires training and careful observation. The trainer must be the intelligence and the wisdom of the work, the animal could only be the strength, fear and obedience.
If the coach overload the animal, it can last a few weeks of work and be ruined forever, unusable. It has to be thrown away or slaughtered. If the trainer hits too much, or in the wrong places, he can injure and even kill the beast. The task requires art and malice! A challenging position.
