Whipping as an art, requires training, a lot of practice, dedication and vocation!

As an art, whipping requires training, a lot of practice, dedication, and vocation! Therefore, whoever intends to work as a beast tamer needs opportunities for practice and learning. The company chooses one of the older and more robust beasts, chains it on all fours on the floor, and places the best keepers on the team practicing with the heavier bullwhips on the animal's back. The goal is not punishment; it is just training and learning. Probably, the caretakers will continue to whip for hours, improving the movements and mastery of the whips, but it is unlikely that the animal will survive. But this is not a concern or issue for anyone; it is just a despicable and disgusting animal.
There is something festive and enjoyable about this task, isn't there?
